Yes, while we are not a high volume salon, we do require proof of Rabies, DAAP & Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Vaccinations must be given by a licensed veterinarian. Please give your dog at least 2 weeks after vaccinations before coming in. If your dog is coughing or sneezing please reschedule!

To keep the stress & noise levels down for our clients’ well being, we have sanitized dog kennels to keep your pups safe and comfortable upon waiting your arrival. The pups that are safe to be around others may be allowed to roam within the work space until they go home.

We text or call pet parents 15 minutes before your pup is done being groomed.

Depending on scheduling, we are typically booked 4-6 weeks out. We highly recommend and encourage clients to book their next appointment when they are checking out to ensure convenience to their schedule.

To make an appointment, please call or text us at 707-826-0903. For the safety of the dogs while being bathed & groomed, we only answer the phone when it is safe to do so. If we miss your call, we will do our best to return your call by the end of the day. Weekend calls will be returned on the following Monday, as we are closed Saturday and Sunday.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly call or leave a message at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We send a reminder text 5 days before your appointment to confirm and another reminder text the day before your appointment. Please confirm.

If you are going to be late, please give us a call or leave a message. If you are over 20 minutes late & fail to contact, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Please be on time as you may have to wait up to 6 weeks to get back in.

Appointment length depends on type, size, coat type, length of coat and cooperation. Appointment length can vary between 2-3 hours for small to medium sized dogs and up to 4 hours or more for large dogs. If you’re bringing in more than one dog, it may take longer. We will text you 15 minutes before finish time.

We fully understand that pet parents would like to stay with their dogs while they are getting groomed. However it usually makes it more difficult because they will be more focused on their parent than the groomer. So, we do ask that pet parents leave their pet with us and return when they are done being groomed.
